Your client's Bitwarden vault is one component of Vault Protocol — we configure it, set up emergency access, connect it to their succession chain, and seal the entire configuration. A password manager tells your family there are passwords. Vault Protocol tells them what to do when they need them.
"I don't want to be responsible for recommending a security product."
You're not endorsing the security architecture — you're filling the continuity gap. The same way you recommend an estate attorney without being responsible for the legal work, you can recommend Vault Protocol without being responsible for the technical setup. We deliver a complete system. Your responsibility ends at the referral.
"How do I know my clients' data is secure?"
We don't store your clients' passwords — ever. Vault Protocol organizes and seals configuration records. The actual credentials live in your client's own Bitwarden vault. Our infrastructure runs on Cloudflare Workers and D1, with cryptographic sealing via Seal Protocol™. We can provide a full security architecture document on request.
"What happens if Vault Protocol shuts down?"
The sealed welcome packet is permanent and self-contained. Every client receives a complete, cryptographically sealed PDF that exists entirely outside our infrastructure. The seal verification system runs on Cloudflare's global network — not on proprietary servers. Your client's family can verify document integrity independently of whether we're operating.
"Is this appropriate for my older clients?"
The guided session is designed for zero technical knowledge. The 90-minute setup walks through every step conversationally. We've built this specifically for families who aren't technical — including aging parents whose adult children are worried. The done-for-you concierge option ($499) handles everything; the client provides information and receives a complete system.
